Well done Kaitlyn

A massive well done goes to Kaitlyn Tolbert (11W1) who after a hard weekend at Okehampton Battle Camp, arrived home on Sunday having passed her Senior Non Commissioned Officer's Course. As you can see from the photo below, she has received her Master Cadet classification, which now allows her to start her training to become an Instructor Cadet!
Kaitlyn has also recently received her Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Badge, her First Aid Activity badge (Silver, which is the equivalent to First Aid in the Work Place and when she turns 16 she can become an instructor in this too!) and finally, there is the L98 Weapons Handling classification Silver Award badge. She has truly worked hard this year and it is paying off.
Congratulations Kaitlyn, Mum isn't the only one who's proud of you... we are very proud of you too!
If your son or daughter has done something incredible, like Kaitlyn, please let us know so we can congratulate them too. Please email a photo and details of what they've done or achieved to j.russell@denemagna.gloucs.sch.uk.
